Information for 2025
Dear Parents, Caregivers & Students,
Kepnock High wishes you a safe and enjoyable holiday. Here are some things to keep in mind for the New Year:
- The main school office will close from 3:30pm on Friday 13 December 2024 and reopen 8.00am on Tuesday 21 January 2025. The office hours are 8.00am to 4.00pm week days.
- Australia Day Public Holiday is Monday 27 January, 2025.
- School resumes for all Year Levels on Tuesday 28 January. We ask that all students please arrive by 8:50am on the first day of school.
- EMC (8:30am Early Morning Class) for Year 11 and 12 students will begin from Wednesday 29 January 2025.
- Year 11 and 12 students will have Friday flexi-day off campus.

- Tuesday 28 January – Year 7 students meet at the RJ Young Hall at 9.00am.
- Tuesday 28 January - Year 8, 9, 10, 11 & 12 students go to home group at 9.00am. Home group class lists and rooms will be posted on notice boards around the school.
- The uniform shop at the school canteen will be open:
- Monday 13 January to Friday 17 January, 2025 between 9.00am and 5.00pm
- Monday 20 January to Friday 24 January, 2025 between 7.30am and 4.30pm
The canteen stocks all uniforms along with junior secondary book packs for Year 7, 8 & 9 at a cost of $55 each. EFTPOS is available at the uniform shop. Parents are encouraged to purchase items at the school so that any profits benefit your children and the school.
P & C Meetings are held on the third Thursday of each month starting at 5.00pm in the conference room in A-block. The AGM for the P & C will be advised via our social media channels.
